摘要 为研究饲料中添加中草药对育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质及免疫功能的影响,选择体重相近、健康的三元杂交育肥猪,随机分成4组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5、1.0、1.5的中草药制剂,Ⅳ组为对照组,试验期为60 d。试验结果表明与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的平均日增重提高了19.11和16.17(P<0.05),料重比降低了6.78和5.60(P<0.05),廋肉率和IgG含量分别提高了7.29、6.90和17.14、17.99(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加1.0的中草药制剂可以提高育肥猪生产性能和免疫功能。 In order to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance, carcass quality and immune function of finishing pigs, healthy ternary hybrid finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups. Groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were added with 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% medicinal herb preparation in the basic diet respectively. Group Ⅳ was the control group for 60 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 19.11% and 16.17%(P < 0.05), the feed weight ratio decreased by 6.78% and 5.60%(P< 0.05), the lean meat rate and IgG content increased by 7.29%, 6.90%, 17.14% and 17.99%(P< 0.05) respectively. There was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and the control group(P> 0.05). In conclusion, adding 1.0% Chinese herbal medicine preparation to the diet can improve the production performance and immune function of finishing pigs.
