构树发酵饲料的制作及在养禽生产中的应用进展

Advances in the Production and Application of Fermented Forage from Broussonetia Papyrifera in Poultry Production

构树(Broussonetia Papyrifera)是一种优质的非常规蛋白饲料植物,具有营养价值高、适应性强、饲喂效果好等优点,构树叶中富含蛋白质、粗脂肪及多种微量元素,饲用价值极高,可部分替代粮食、大豆等常规饲料,以节约饲粮。但由于构树叶中的蛋白质结构复杂,粗纤维含量过高,禽类动物难以消化吸收,因此必须对其进行加工处理。经发酵后的构树叶其营养成分和适口性均得到了改善,禽类动物喜食,从而提高了饲料利用率,在一定程度上节约了成本,增加了经济效益。本文从构树的营养价值、发酵饲料的制作技术及在养禽业中的应用进展三个方面分析构树饲料在发展中取得的成果和存在的主要问题,并对其前景提出展望,旨在促进构树资源利用的多样化和有效化,提高利用效率,缓解饲料紧缺压力。

Broussonetia Papyrifera is a kind of high-quality unconventional protein feed plant,which has the advantages of high nutritional value,strong adaptability and good feeding effect.The leaves of Broussonetia Papyrifera are rich in protein,crude fat and a variety of microelements,with high feeding value.It can partially replace conventional feed such as grain and soybean,so as to save feed.However,due to the complexity of protein structure and the high content of crude fiber,it is difficult for poultry to digest and absorb,so it must be processed.After fermentation,the nutritive composition and palatability of Broussonetia Papyrifera leaves have been improved,and birds like to eat,so the feed utilization rate has been improved,the cost has been saved to a certain extent,and the economic benefit has been increased.This paper analyzes the achievements and main problems in the development of Broussonetia Papyrifera feed from three aspects:the nutritional value of Broussonetia Papyrifera,the production technology of fermented feed and the application progress in poultry industry,and puts forward the prospect for it,aiming at promoting the diversification and effectiveness of the utilization of Broussonetia Papyrifera resources,improving the utilization efficiency and alleviating the pressure of feed shortage.
