猪精液常温保存抗氧化剂研究进展

Research Progress of Antioxidant in Boar Semen Stored at Room Temperature

畜牧业的高速发展有赖于人工授精技术的不断提高,因此,猪精液的有效保存就成为提高精液品质的重要内容,目前最常用的就是猪精液的常温保存技术。在精液保存过程中,抗氧化剂及其他保护成分的适当添加可以有效提高精液品质,保护精子免受活性氧自由基的攻击,本文综述了酶类抗氧化剂、维生素类氧化剂、植物性提取物氧化剂以及其他一些抗氧化剂在猪精液常温保存中的研究进展,旨在为抗氧化剂在精液保存上的推广应用提供理论参考。

The rapid development of animal husbandry depends on the continuous improvement of artificial insemination technology.Therefore,the effective preservation of boar semen has become an important content to improve the quality of semen.At present,the most commonly used technology is the room temperature preservation of boar semen.In the process of semen preservation,proper addition of antioxidants and other protective components can effectively improve semen quality and protect sperm from the attack of reactive oxygen species.This paper reviews the research progress of enzyme antioxidants,vitamin antioxidants,plant extracts antioxidants and other antioxidants in normal temperature preservation of pig semen to provide theoretical reference for the application of antioxidants in semen preservation.
