2010-2019年甘肃省鸡白痢流行病学调查与分析

Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis of Pullorum Disease in Gansu Province from 2010 to 2019

通过对2010~2019年甘肃省鸡白痢流行病学调查分析,结果显示鸡白痢在全省13个市57个县发生,发病率1.41~19.90(平均2.67),病死率10.29~22.95(平均18.60),死亡率0.23~2.12(平均0.50)。疫点6月份最多,占疫点总数的12.61;发病和死亡4月份最多,占发病、病死总数的18.58和21.21。各月份均有疫情发生,其中东南部地区占全省发病县、疫点、发病、病死总数的51.31、72.20、57.88和53.24。散养户疫点占总数的84.81,规模场发病、死亡占总数的59.06和58.42。本文分析了甘肃省鸡白痢疫情现状、流行特点、三间分布和风险环节等,并提出防控建议。

Based on the epidemiological investigation and analysis of pullorum disease in Gansu province in 2010-2019 years,the results showed that pullorum disease occurred in 57 counties of 13 cities in Gansu province,the incidence rate was 1.41%to 19.90%(average 2.67%),the mortality rate was 10.29%to 22.95%(average 18.60%),and the death rate was 0.23%to 2.12%(average 2.12%).The number of epidemic spots was the highest in June,accounting for 12.61%of the total number of epidemic spots,and the number of morbidity and mortality was the highest in April,accounting for 18.58%and 21.21%of the total number of morbidity and mortality.Epidemics occurred in each month,and the southeastern region accounted for 51.31%,72.20%,57.88%and 53.24%of the total number of counties,epidemic spots,cases,and deaths in the province.The outbreaks of scattered households accounted for 84.81%of the total,and the incidence and death of large-scale farms accounted for 59.06%and 58.42%of the total.This article analyzes the current situation,epidemiological characteristics,three distributions and risk links of pullorum in Gansu province,and proposes prevention and control recommendations.
