Mechanized Technology of Bundling and Wrapping of Whole Corn Silage

青贮玉米含有较高的蛋白质和多种维生素,适口性好、消化率高,是不可替代的青绿饲料。传统的青贮方式是将人工收割的玉米秸秆运输到养殖场粉碎揉丝后,再利用青贮池或青贮窖进行装填、压实和密封等一系列技术流程。与玉米全株青贮打捆裹包机械化技术相比,传统青贮方式制作复杂,费时费力,饲喂需要专门设备,表层容易腐烂造成浪费。基于此,笔者着重介绍了玉米青贮机械化技术的内涵和工艺流程。

Silage corn contains high protein and multiple vitamins,has good palatability and high digestibility,and is an irreplaceable green feed.The traditional method of silage is to transport the manually harvested corn stalks to the farm for crushing and kneading,and then use a series of technical processes such as filling,compacting and sealing in the silage pond or silage silo.Compared with the mechanized technology of whole-plant corn silage bundling,traditional silage production is complicated,time-consuming and labor-intensive,feeding requires special equipment,and the surface layer is easy to rot and cause waste.Based on this,the author emphatically introduced the connotation and technological process of corn silage mechanization technology.
