猪博卡病毒和细小病毒混合感染的临床诊断与防治

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Co-infection of Porcine Bocavirus and Porcine Parvovirus

猪博卡病毒是2009年新发现的一种新型DNA病毒,该病毒主要引起猪的腹泻、呼吸系统疾病和多系统衰竭综合征。本文对保定市某猪场腹泻仔猪采集病料,通过流行病学调查、临床症状、病理剖检及实验室诊断,确诊为猪博卡病毒和细小病毒混合感染。依据诊断采取综合防治措施,疫情得到有效控制。

Porcine Bocavirus is a novel DNA virus discovered in 2009,which mainly causes diarrhea,respiratory disease and multi-system failure syndrome in pigs.In this study,epidemic materials of piglets with diarrhea were collected from a pig farm in Baoding.Through epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms,pathological examination and laboratory diagnosis,the mixed infection of Bocavirus and Parvovirus was confirmed.Comprehensive prevention and control measures had been taken based on the diagnosis,and the epidemic situation was effectively controlled.
