摘要
采用形态学特征与DNA条形码相结合的方法,鉴定了采自北京市昌平区粮库准低温稻谷仓的啮虫样品。该样品的形态学特征被详细描述,且与网翅鳞虫齿的形态学描述相符。同时,其mtDNA COΙ作为DNA条形码被测序并分析,结果显示该样品序列与已知网翅鳞虫齿的mtDNA COΙ序列相似度为97.26%~99.24%;基于邻接法(NJ)构建系统发育树,结果显示啮虫样品与已知网翅鳞虫齿为单系。本研究实现了网翅鳞虫齿的形态与DNA条形码鉴定,是该虫在北京地区的首次报道。
In this study,psocid specimens which were collected from quasi-low-temperature rice barn of Changping Grain Depot in Beijing were identified as Lepinotus reticulatus based on morphological characteristics and DNA barcodes.Morphological characteristics of the specimens described in detail were consistent with morphological descriptions of Lepinotus reticulatus.The mtDNA COΙof the specimens were sequenced and analyzed as DNA barcodes which showed that the similarity of specimens to Lepinotus reticulatus were 97.26%~99.24%.Based on the neighbor-joining(NJ)phylogenetic tree,psocid specimens were clustered together with the known Lepinotus reticulatus as monophyly.The rapid and accurate identification of Lepinotus reticulatus was accomplished in this study.It is the first report of Lepinotus reticulatus in Beijing China.
