稻谷新鲜度测定影响因素分析及优化

摘要 稻谷的新鲜度直接影响其食用价值和储粮安全。基于LS/T 6118-2017《粮油检验稻谷新鲜度测定与判别》的稻谷新鲜度测定方法,分别从样品制备、碾磨精度、样品制备后放置时间等方面研究了稻谷新鲜度测定的影响因素,并且通过调整试样和试剂用量以及振荡时间来优化试验条件,从而节约消耗,实现绿色试验并提高检测效率。 The freshness of rice has immediate impact on its edible value and storage safety.Based on the determination approaches stipulated in LS/T 6118-2017 Gain and Oil Inspection-Determination and Discrimination of Rice Freshness,this paper focuses on the influencing factors of rice freshness from the aspects of sample preparation,milling precision and storage time after sample preparation..The study seeks to achieve green experiments and improve determination efficiency by optimizing the experiment conditions,such as adjusting the the shaking time,the amount of samples and reagents.
