摘要
利用稀酸对稻谷中铅进行提取,并通过对比不同灰化温度、原子化温度及基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵的浓度,探索磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂在稀酸提取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定稻谷中铅的应用条件。
In this experiment,dilute acid was used to extract lead from rice,and the application conditions of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier in dilute acid extraction graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were explored by comparing different ashing temperature,atomization temperature and the concentration of matrix modifier ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
