摘要
以双三角形节流槽的液压滑阀为研究对象,通过运用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对该滑阀内的流场进行解析,得到滑阀内的速度分布和流经阀口的流量大小。仿真结果表明:对于双三角形节流槽,在节流槽流出方向,阀口开度增大时,流束射流角略有减小;在节流槽流入方向,滑阀阀腔内流体的流束方向是向阀芯轴线方向偏移的;该节流槽的流量大小与阀口的开度大小近似成正线性关系,具有较小的斜率。流量特性仿真结果表明在流出和流入阀口的两方向上该滑阀的流量曲线趋于一致,在阀口流出方向上的流量略大于流入方向上的流量。
A computational fluid dynamics method was used to analyze the flow field in a hydraulic spool valve with double triangular slot,and the velocity distribution and flow rate through the orifice were obtained.The simulation results show that for the double triangle slot,in the outlet direction of the throttling groove,the jet angle decreases slightly when the opening of the valve are increased;and in the inlet direction of the throttling groove,the direction of flow in the valve cavity is gradually offset to the spool axis,and the flow rate of the throttling groove has a positive linear relationship with the opening of the valve,with a small slope.The flow characteristic curve shows that the flow curve of the valve is basically the same in the two directions of outflow and inflow,and the flow rate in the direction of outflow is slightly larger.
