基于有限元法的除氧器压力调节阀设计及研究

摘要 除氧器压力调节阀通过接收控制信号,执行开启或关闭动作,达到控制除氧器加热补汽量,从而调节除氧器内部压力的目的。该文根据除氧器压力调节阀实际工况及功能设计各零部件结构并建立模型,采用理论计算校核结构强度,利用有限元法对除氧器压力调节阀的自振频率进行分析,并根据准静力学方法对其进行抗震分析,为进一步研究除氧器压力调节阀结构强度及其使用寿命奠定了基础。 The deaerator pressure regulating valve receives the control signal and performs the opening or closing action to control the heating steam make-up volume of the deaerator,so as to regulate the internal pressure of the deaerator.In this paper,according to the actual working conditions and functions of the deaerator pressure regulating valve,the structure of each part is designed and the model is established,the structural strength is checked by theoretical calculation,the natural vibration frequency of the deaerator pressure regulating valve is analyzed by finite element method,and the anti-seismic analysis is carried out according to quasi-static mechanics method,It lays a foundation for further study on the structural strength and service life of deaerator pressure regulating valve.
