摘要
液压缸装配大部分采用手工作业,尤其在缸盖螺纹旋紧时采用扳手手工旋紧,劳动强度大,扭矩不可控影响产品质量,急需改善。该文分析了手工装配的具体操作步骤,提出基于伺服电机定扭矩旋紧缸盖的改进思路和方案,设计制作半自动装配台,以降低工人装配的劳动强度,提高装配质量和效率。
Most of the hydraulic cylinder assembly is done by hand,especially when the cylinder head thread is screwed by hand with spanner.The labor intensity is large,and the torque is uncontrollable,which affects the product quality and needs to be improved urgently.This paper analyzes the specific operation steps of manual assembly,puts forward the improvement idea and scheme based on the constant torque screw cylinder head of servo motor,designs and makes the semi-automatic assembly table,so as to reduce the labor intensity of manual assembly and improve the assembly quality and efficiency.
