摘要
该文介绍了三级喷嘴挡板电液伺服阀的结构组成。通过试验台测试伺服阀静态特性的泄漏特性曲线和空载流量曲线,分析伺服阀第三级滑阀泄漏量增加、先导阀反馈杆小球磨损、先导阀滞环增大、先导阀喷嘴挡板节流孔堵塞故障。指出在伺服液压系统维护中,保持油液清洁度对延长伺服阀使用寿命和液压系统稳定性具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the structure of three-stage nozzle Baffle electro-hydraulic servo valve.The static leakage characteristic curve and no-load flow curve of the servo valve are tested on the test-bed,analysis of Servo Valve third level slide valve leakage increase,pilot valve feedback rod small ball wear,pilot valve hysteresis increase,pilot valve nozzle baffle throttle plug failure.It is pointed out that in the maintenance of the servo hydraulic system,keeping the cleanliness of the oil is of great significance for prolonging the service life of the Servo valve and the stability of the hydraulic system.
