摘要
以玉米芯、大豆秸、木屑作为基质栽培黑木耳,探究不同栽培基质下木耳的产量以及营养成分差异。试验结果表明,在一定栽培技术条件下,豆秸、玉米芯替代量为60%时黑木耳子实体的农艺性状及产量差异不显著。玉米芯基质栽培的黑木耳总糖含量最高,粗纤维、氨基酸总量最低。豆秸基质栽培的黑木耳粗蛋白、粗纤维、钾、氨基酸总量最高。木屑基质栽培的黑木耳灰分、粗脂肪、钙、铁、硒含量高。
Auricularia heimuer was cultured on different culture substrates such as corncob,soybean straw and sawdust.Its yield performance and the nutritional components difference were analyzed.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the agronomic characters and yield of A.heimuer fruit body under 60%substitution of soybean straw and corncob media.The total sugar content of A.heimuer in corncob substrate was the highest,while the crude fiber and the content of total amino acid were the lowest.The contents of crude protein,crude fiber,potassium and the total amino acid of A.heimuer were the highest in A.heimuer fruit body cultivated by the soybean straw substrates.The content of ash,crude fat,calcium,iron and selenium of A.heimuer fruit body cultivated by the sawdust substrates was high.
