摘要
冬虫夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)作为一种珍稀名贵生物资源,具有营养、保健和医疗等功效,一直受到国内外重点关注。近年来市场热度高涨,供求失衡,进而导致无序采挖,资源的可持续利用受到严重威胁。为实现对冬虫夏草资源利用和保护的有效监管,立足冬虫夏草资源可持续利用的诸多问题,从纵向角度分析生态网络系统监管、法律法规以及社会教育对冬虫夏草资源保护的影响,提出保护冬虫夏草资源的对策和建议,以期为其产业的发展提供参考。
Ophiocordyceps sinensis is a rare and precious biological resource with beneficial nutrition,health care and medical efficacy.It has received key attention at home and abroad.In recent years,the sustainable utilization of O.sinensis resources has been seriously threatened,due to the high market heat as well as the imbalance between supply and demand,which lead to over dug.In order to achieve the effective supervision of resource utilization and protection,based on many problems in sustainable utilization of O.sinensis,the influence of O.sinensis from the ecological network system supervision,laws and regulations,and social education were summarized,countermeasures and suggestions for the protection of O.sinensis resources were proposed in order to provide references for the development of its industry.
