摘要
我国香菇产业已进入稳定发展阶段,产业聚集度高、产量增长稳定,产品具有一定的出口竞争力,但在发展过程中,栽培省份间差距逐渐拉大、产品出口形式较单一、人均香菇消费量较低等问题逐渐暴露。为保证我国香菇产业进一步发展,除了引进生产技术进行产业结构调整,保证产品供给外,还应对香菇食用价值、药用价值进行积极宣传,并进行产品创新,从而拉动国内、国外两个市场需求。
The industry of Lentinus edodes in China has entered a stage of stable development,with high industry concentration,stable growth of production and the certain export competitiveness,but in the process of development,there were problems like grow gradually widening gap between provinces,products are exported to the situation of a single,L.edodes per capita consumption is relatively low gradually exposed.In order to guarantee the further development of L.edodes industry in China,in addition to the industrial structure adjustment of the introduction of production technology and ensure products supply,edible value and medicinal value of L.edodes should be actively publicized,and the product innovation should also be carried out to stimulate the domestic and abroad market demand.
