我国香菇产业已进入稳定发展阶段,产业聚集度高、产量增长稳定,产品具有一定的出口竞争力,但在发展过程中,栽培省份间差距逐渐拉大、产品出口形式较单一、人均香菇消费量较低等问题逐渐暴露。为保证我国香菇产业进一步发展,除了引进生产技术进行产业结构调整,保证产品供给外,还应对香菇食用价值、药用价值进行积极宣传,并进行产品创新,从而拉动国内、国外两个市场需求。
