金水宝胶囊联合益肾贴敷疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭早中期的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jinshuibao Capsule Combined with Yishen Sticking Therapy in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:观察金水宝胶囊联合益肾贴敷疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭早中期的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月~2020年6月在福建省漳州市中医院糖肾科门诊就诊的符合诊断标准的慢性肾衰竭早中期患者64例,随机分为试验组和对照组各32例,剔除脱落病例,最终试验组31例,对照组30例。对照组予西医常规对症治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予金水宝胶囊联合益肾贴敷法治疗。分别治疗2个月后,对比两组患者治疗前后肾功能(CCr、SCr、BUN),微炎状态(CRP、TNF-α、IL-6)和中医症候积分的变化。结果:经2个月治疗后两组的Scr、Ccr、BUN与治疗前对比,均得到明显改善(P<0.05),而试验组的Scr、Ccr、BUN改善程度均较对照组明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的体内微炎状态指标(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05);组间比较,试验组经治疗后体内微炎状态指标(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)下降程度均较对照组更为为明显(P<0.05)。试验组治疗1月和2个月后、对照组治疗2个月后的中医症候积分均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05);而对照组治疗1个月后的中医症候积分与治疗前比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。试验组经治疗1月和2个月其症状积分下降程度均较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗2个月后试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金水宝胶囊联合益肾贴敷疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭早中期疗效确切,可有效改善患者的肾功能及体内的微炎症状态,降低患者的中医症候积分,改善患者的临床症状,且疗效明显优于西医常规治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with Yishen sticking method in the treatment of early and midterm chronic renal failure.Methods:64 patients with chronic renal failure who met the criteria were randomly divided into a test group and a control group with 32 cases each.The dropped cases were excluded,and the final test group was 31 people and the control group 30 people.The control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the test group was given Jinshuibao capsule combined with Yishen sticking method on the basis of the control group.After 2 months of treatment,the changes in renal function(CCr,SCr,BUN),micro-inflammatory status(CRP,TNF-α,IL-6)and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the Scr,Ccr,and BUN of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the improvement of Scr,Ccr,and BUN of the experimental group was better than control group was obvious,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the micro-inflammation status indicators(CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups,the test group was treated in vivo The degree of micro-inflammatory status indicators(CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)decreased more significantly than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group after 1 month and 2 months of treatment and the control group after 2 months of treatment were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);while the control group’s scores after 1 month of treatment Comparing the TCM syndrome score with that before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the symptom score of the experimental group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.3%,which was significantly higher than the 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinshuibao capsule combined with Yishen sticking method has a definite effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure in the early and midterm.It can effectively improve the patient’s renal function and the micro-inflammatory state in the body,reduce the patient’s TCM syndrome score,improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,and have obvious effects better than conventional western medicine treatment.
