中西医结合治疗胃癌的现状及进展

Current Situation and Progress of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Gastric Cancer

胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,被发现时多数已属晚期,复发转移率、死亡率高,成为严重威胁我国人民群众健康水平的一大疾病,治疗目前仍以手术、化疗为主。近年来,免疫治疗及分子靶向治疗成为研究热点,而随着中医药现代研究的不断深入,中西医结合治疗胃癌成为趋势并取得一定进展。本文拟对中西医结合治疗胃癌的现状及进展进行综述。

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive system. When it is found, most of them are in advanced stage,with high recurrence and metastasis rate and mortality rate, which has become a serious threat to the health of the people in our country. At present,surgery and chemotherapy are still the main treatment. In recent years, immunotherapy and molecular targeted therapy have become research hotspots. With the continuous deepening of modern research of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine are developing rapidly, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine provides more reference for the treatment of gastric cancer.This paper is to review the current situation and progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of gastric cancer.
