摘要
针对当前高职课程构建存在的问题,提出了一种由学校通用课程、企业定制课程和岗位个性课程组成的“三课程”体系结构,将职业核心素养的具体指标合理融入课程体系模块及教学活动场域,在课程内容、资源开发、教学场地、考核评价及课程师资等层面实现学校教育与企业间共融共通,提高所培养学生的职业竞争力和可持续发展力,实现职业教育的核心价值。
Aiming at the existing problems in the construction of current higher vocational courses,this article proposes a"three-course"structure consisting of school general courses,enterprise customized courses,and post-specific courses,integrate the specific indicators of professional core literacy into the curriculum system modules and the teaching activities,achieve the integration of school education and enterprises in terms of course content,resource development,teaching venues,assessment and evaluation and course teachers,to improve the professional competitiveness and sustainability of the students and realize the core value of the vocational education.
