摘要
介绍了中频感应电炉炉衬材料类型和炉衬失效机理,认为炉衬失效的主要原因是炉衬侵蚀、剥落、过热、裂纹、结瘤及浸透等,可以通过采取洁净和干燥炉料、控制放料速度、严格筑炉工艺和提高筑炉质量等相应改进措施消除或减缓炉衬失效,并达到提高炉衬寿命的目的。
Introduces the intermediate frequency induction furnace lining material type and failure mechanism of lining,think lining failure is the main reason of the furnace lining erosion,peeling,overheat,crack,nodular and penetration,can take clean and dry furnace charge and control feeding speed,strict construction process and improve the construction quality of the corresponding improvement measures to eliminate or ease,and achieve the goal of improve the lining life.
