摘要
FD060柴油机缸体水套砂芯具有轮廓复杂、壁厚薄的结构特点,在采用冷芯工艺制备时,存在砂芯成型不完整、结构强度低、脱模困难的质量隐患。通过对芯盒的射砂机构、排气布置、顶芯系统进行优化设计,结合射砂仿真模拟结果,制备出了成型完整、内部致密、表面光洁的合格水套砂芯,并实现了量产。
The water jacket sand core of FD060 diesel engine cylinder block has the structural characteristics of complex outline and thin wall,and there are some potential quality problems such as incomplete sand core forming,low structural strength and difficult demolding when it is prepared by cold core technology.Through optimizing the design of sand shooting mechanism,exhaust arrangement and core ejection system of the core box,combined with the results of sand shooting simulation,the qualified water jacket sand core with complete molding,dense interior and smooth surface was prepared and mass-produced.
