摘要
故障预测和预测诊断技术为故障预测与健康管理(PHM)中的两大关键技术。在测试性设计分析理论下,依据电子系统的运行原理和故障情况,提出了一种电子系统故障预测和全方位诊断模型,综合了国内外故障诊断与预测方法,文章从基于测试性的故障预测、基于测试性设计的嵌入式故障诊断、基于信号处理的智能故障诊断这三方面介绍了电子系统故障预测和全方位诊断方法,探讨了未来的发展方向。
Fault prediction and predictive diagnosis(PHM)are two key technologies in fault prediction and health management.Under the testability design analysis theory,according to the operation principle of electronic systems and fault condition,and put forward a kind of electronic system based on test method framework,fault prediction and comprehensive diagnosis of fault diagnosis and forecast methods at home and abroad are classified and summarized,from failure prediction based on testability,embedded fault diagnosis based on testability design,based on the signal processing of these three aspects introduced the intelligent fault diagnosis electronic system fault prediction and comprehensive diagnostic methods,discusses the development direction of the future.
