苏州城区不同用地类型降雨径流营养物生态风险研究

摘要 为探究城区地表降雨径流对受纳水体营养化的影响,根据苏州城区用地类型特点选取代表性区域采集径流水样进行AGP试验。通过分析不同城市分区、雨水河水混合比例等因素对水华藻类生长的影响,得出小球藻在研究区适应能力最强,生长潜力最佳;栅藻次之,铜绿微囊藻最弱。藻类生长受不同功能区各异的径流水质与受纳水体的营养盐水平的影响。住宅区、历史文化保护区、商业区的营养盐含量较高。水体营养化防治应关注雨水径流终端,注重雨水管道的维护和管理。 The impact of surface rainfall-runoff in urban areas on the eutrophication of receiving water bodies is explored in this study.Representative areas are selected to take runoff water samples for AGP experiments based on the characteristics of land-use types in Suzhou city.The effects of various factors such as different urban districts and the mixing ratio of rainwater to river water on the growth of algae blooms are investigated.The results indicate that the chlorella has the strongest adaptability and growth potential in this area,followed by Scenedesmus,and then Microcystis aeruginosa.Besides,the growth of algae is affected by different runoff water qualities in different functional areas and the nutrient level of the receiving water body.Residential areas,historical and cultural protection areas,and commercial areas have relatively high levels of nutrients.Thus,the prevention and control of water body nutrition should focus on the end of rainwater runoff,as well as the maintenance and management of rainwater pipelines.
