摘要
准确评估水工钢闸门安全健康性状对闸门安全运行具有重要意义,针对目前大多数水工钢闸门安全评价过程具有明显主观性的问题,首先建立了水利工程钢闸门的安全健康评价指标体系,其次分别采用模糊层次分析法和熵权法确定25项评价指标的主、客观权重,再运用博弈组合优化思想来缩小两种权重之间的偏差,最后建立水工钢闸门的博弈TOPSIS安全健康评价模型对工程实例进行安全健康评价,并对比三种赋权方法的评价结果,结果表明基于博弈TOPSIS方法的评价结果准确,符合实际情况,具有较高的适用性。
Accurate evaluation of hydraulic steel gate safety and health properties is of great significance to the safe operation of the gate.In view of the subjectivity of the present most of the hydraulic steel gate safety assessment process,this paper first established the evaluation index system of hydraulic steel gate safety and health.Secondly,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and entropy weight method were used to determine the subjective and objective weight of25 indexes,respectively.And then the game combinatorial optimization was used to reduce the deviation of the two weights.Finally,the gate TOPSIS safety and health evaluation model was established to evaluate the safety and health of engineering examples.Compared the three weight methods of evaluation results,it shows that the TOPSIS method based on the game is accurate,and the results conform to the actual situation,which has the higher applicability.
