摘要
为分析多灾种耦合条件下的电网鲁棒性和连锁故障发展模式,提出了多灾种耦合条件下电网连锁故障分析方法,构建了湖南电网、华东电网及IEEE2383节点电网的连锁故障仿真数据,建立了电网连接保持率、输电容量保持率和负荷供电保持率三个表征电网脆弱性指标,计算了多灾种耦合条件下的电网脆弱性。结果表明,电网连锁故障条件下的鲁棒性满足湖南电网>华东电网>IEEE2383节点电网,对电网脆弱性的作用由大到小为多灾种>山火故障>随机故障。研究结果为多种灾害作用条件下电网风险评估提供了支撑。
To analyze the robustness of the power grid and the development mode of chain failure under multi-hazard coupling conditions,a chain failure analysis method based on multi-hazard coupling conditions was proposed.The chain failure simulation data of Hunan power grid,Huadong power grid and IEEE2383 power grid were constructed.The grid connection retention rate,transmission capacity retention rate and load power supply guaranteed rate were established for characterizing the vulnerability of power grid.The vulnerability of power grid under multi-hazard coupling conditions was calculated based on Hunan power grid.The results show that the robustness under the chain failure condition of the grid meets the Hunan Power Grid>Huadong Power Grid>IEEE2383 power grid.The affection to the vulnerability of power grid was ranked multi-hazard coupling failures>wildfire failure>random failure.The study provides the support for risk assessment of multiple disasters simultaneously acting on the power grid.
