教育情感治理:何以可能?如何可行? 被引量:18

Emotional Governance in Education:Why is It Possible?And How is It Feasible?

摘要 教育是社会民生之首,与民情民意密切相关。当前在推进教育治理的过程中存在着过度推崇理性与工具主义的倾向,迫切需要重视教育治理的情感基础及其维度回归。教育情感治理,指向于教育治理过程中各参与主体的情感关系与建设,基于情感关系的干预与协调实现教育主体之间的情感理解、认同与融洽。“以规治情”与“以情治情”是教育情感治理的两种基本运作逻辑,可以通过树立公共价值培育情感、加强互动回应传递情感、打造情境标识“物化”情感、重视情感关怀激发情感、激发关键群众动员情感等多种路径推进与优化教育情感治理实践变革。 Education is the top priority of people's livelihood,closely related to public feelings and opinions.Nowadays,there is a tendency to overemphasizing rationality and instrumentalism in the process of promoting educational governance.Therefore,it is urgent to return to the emotional foundation and dimension of educational governance.Emotional governance refers to the regulation and construction of the emotional relationship between all the parties participating into the governance.It helps to realize the emotional understanding,identification and harmony among educational subjects based on the intervention and coordination of the emotional relationships.The two main operation logics of emotional governance in education are regulating emotion with informal norms and influencing emotion through emotional appeals.There are multiple approaches to promoting and optimizing reforms of the emotional governance in education,including shaping emotions by establishing public values,conveying emotions by strengthening interactive responses,materializing emotions by creating situational signs,stimulating emotions by emphasizing emotional care,and fostering emotions by mobilizing the critical mass.
