思想政治教育在空中乘务专业人才培养中的现状和发展途径

The Analysis about Present Situation and Development Way of Ideological and Political Education in the Training of Flight Attendants

本文在分析高校大学生思想政治教育现状的基础上,剖析现有的思想政治教育模式存在重视程度不够、教育途径单一、实践教学薄弱的几个问题。结合空中乘务专业学生的特点和社会发展的时代背景,提出了深入开展课程思政建设,优化新媒体使用和结合主导式启发式教学的高校思想政治教育的发展途径,助力民航人才培养向精英化方向发展。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of the ideological and political education of college students,this paper analyzes the problems of the existing ideological and political education mode,such as insufficient attention,single teaching method and weak practical teaching.Combined with the characteristics of flight attendant students and the background of social development,this paper puts forward the development approaches of college ideological and political education by carrying out the ideological and political construction of curriculum,optimizing the use of new media and combining with leading heuristic teaching,in order to promote the development of civil aviation talent training to the elite direction.
