摘要
我国民办华文教育主要经历了萌芽发展期、调整停滞期、恢复发展期和蓬勃发展期等四个阶段。目前,民办华文教育存在实力相对薄弱、学科专业设置同质化、师资队伍建设较为薄弱、办学规模较小等问题。对此,应进一步健全完善办学体制机制,创新“华文教育+”发展模式强师资队伍建设,多措并举扩大办学规模,推动民办华文教育的发展。
Private Chinese education in China has mainly experienced such four stages as embryonic development period,adjustment stagnation period,recovery development period and vigorous development period.At present,there are some problems in private Chinese education,such as relatively less strength,homogeneity of disciplines and specialties,weak development of teaching staff,and small school-running scale.In this regard,we should further improve the school-running system and mechanism,innovate the development mode with“Chinese education plus”,strengthen the development of teaching staff,and take various measures to expand the school-running scale so as to promote the development of private Chinese education.
