基于SWOT分析的新时代高校总体国家安全观教育发展研究

Research on the Overall National Security Education Development of Universities in the New Era Based on SWOT Analysis

国家安全是社会和平稳定与繁荣发展的基本保障,针对大学生国家安全教育的重要性与特殊性,贯彻总体国家安全观思想,已成为高等教育全面改革发展趋势要求。结合SWOT矩阵分析法,深入剖析面临的机遇和挑战,聚焦教育与发展的衔接机制,提出科学合理的高校总体国家安全观教育发展的优化策略是:把牢总体国家安全观教育话语权,完善顶层设计及保障机制;整合教学、科研和管理队伍资源,提升师资专业化建设水平;实现课程设置与实践教学相融合,构筑多渠道教育引导格局。

National security is the basic guarantee of social peace,stability,prosperity and development.In view of the importance and particularity of national security education for college students,it has become the requirement of the comprehensive reform and development trend of higher education to implement the concept of overall national security.Combined with SWOT matrix analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the opportunities and challenges,focuses on the connection mechanism between education and development,and puts forward the scientific and reasonable optimization strategies for the development of the overall national security concept education in universities as follows:strengthening the discourse power of the overall national security concept education to improve the top-level design and guarantee mechanism,integrating the resources of teaching,scientific research and management team to improve the professional development level of teachers,and achieving the integration of curriculum design and practice teaching to build a multi-channel education guidance pattern.
