镀镍石墨/铝复合材料在不同载荷及转速下的摩擦性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备了质量分数为25wt%的镀镍石墨/ZL105复合材料,并对室温下不同载荷及转速下的镀镍石墨/ZL105复合材料的摩擦性能进行研究,探究载荷及转速对复合材料摩擦系数的影响。对镀镍石墨/ZL105复合材料的强度和硬度进行了测试。采用X射线衍射(XRD)对复合材料进行了物相分析;采用能量色散谱仪(EDS)分析了复合材料的元素分布。结果表明,载荷及转速对复合材料的摩擦性能产生了较大影响,而且转速的影响远大于所施载荷的影响。该复合材料的硬度为基体ZL105合金的79%。在石墨和基体的界面处,新生成了Al_(3)Ni和Al_(3)Ni_(2)两种化合物,从而促进了石墨和基体的结合。 Nickel with mass fraction of 25 wt%-plated graphite/ZL105 composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method,the friction properties of nickel-plated graphite/ZL105 composite under different loads and rotational speeds at room temperature were studied,and the influence of load and speed on the friction coefficient of the composite was investigated.The strength and hardness of the nickel-plated graphite/ZL105 composite were tested.The phase analysis of the composite was carried out by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the element distribution of the composite was analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that,the load and rotating speed have a great influence on the friction properties of the composite,and the influence of the rotating speed is much greater than that of the applied load.The hardness of the composite is 79%of the matrix ZL105 alloy.At the interface between graphite and matrix,two new compounds(Al_(3)Ni and Al_(3)Ni_(2))are formed,which promotes the bonding between graphite and matrix.
