基于等离子喷涂的采棉机摘锭表面强化研究 被引量:2

摘要 摘锭是水平摘锭式采棉机的核心采摘部件,其性能高低直接影响棉花采摘效率与采净率。通过对水平摘锭式采棉机摘锭的主要失效形式进行分析,提出了一种提高摘锭表面性能的新方法,即采用等离子喷涂技术对采棉机摘锭表面进行强化。通过对摘锭表面进行等离子喷涂复合陶瓷涂层试验,将其与传统加工热处理后的摘锭表面性能作对比。结果表明,经等离子喷涂后,摘锭表面硬度和耐磨性比传统加工热处理后的硬度和耐磨性显著提高。 The pick-up spindle is the core part of the horizontal picking type cotton picker,and its performance directly affects the cotton picking efficiency and the cotton cleaning rate.Based on the analysis of the main failure forms of the horizontal spindle picking machine,a new method to improve the surface performance of the pick-up spindle was put forward.That is to say,plasma spraying technology is used to strengthen the surface of pick-up spindle of cotton picking machine.Through the test of plasma spraying composite ceramic coating on the spindle surface,the surface properties of the spindle were compared with those of traditional processing heat treatment.The results show that,the hardness and wear resistance of the spindle surface after plasma spraying are significantly higher than those after conventional heat treatment.
