二级热处理对Fe-Ga合金薄片织构及磁致伸缩性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用二热处理方法提高轧制Fe-Ga合金薄片的磁致伸缩性能。结果表明:薄片在1300℃下保温2 h,水淬至室温;然后在730℃下保温2.5 h,水淬至室温,获得最佳的磁致伸缩性能,磁致伸缩系数值达到137×10^(-6)。Fe-Ga合金薄片中高斯{011}<110>织构的增强是导致它磁致伸缩性能提高的主要原因。 The magnetostriction of the Fe-Ga thin sheet was improved by using magnetic heat treatment.Resuts show that,the maximum magnetostriction value ofλ//-λ⊥=137×10^(-6) is obtained in the two-step heattreatment experiment by the following method,keeping the Fe-Ga thin sheets in the temperature of 1300℃for 2 h and then quenching to the room temperature firstly,and secondly keeping the Fe-Ga sheets in the temperature of 730℃for 2.5 h and then quenching at the room temperature.The high magnetostriction of the Fe-Ga sheets is main due to the increasing of gauss texture.
