摘要
应用知识图谱的方法对国内外有关数字化影响就业的文献进行梳理,了解当前数字化影响就业的现状和热点,预测今后的研究发展趋势.研究发现,当前各国以及各机构联系不够密切,合作关系较浅,国内与国外的研究方向各有不同,国外侧重于研究数字化背景下工业4.0的发展、新兴科学技术变化以及就业主体“人”的问题,国内则对数字化情景下产业的变化、经济的影响更感兴趣。预测数字化影响就业的研究趋势:数字化影响就业的“跨产业”研究,数字化情景下就业“人机”交互研究,数字化影响就业者健康研究和数字化在就业领域的跨学科交叉研究.
By means of knowledge mapping,this article reviews the literature on digital impact on employment at home and abroad to know about the current status and hot spots of digital impact on employment,and further to predict its future research trends.The study finds that the current relationship and cooperation between countries and institutions are not close enough,and the research directions differ between domestic and foreign countries.Foreign countries attach more importance to the development of industry 4.0,the change of emerging science and technology,and the issue of employment subject"people",while in China,we are more interested in the changes of industries and the impact of economy in the digitalization scenario.The article predicts that the research focuses on the impact of digitalization on employment are:"cross industry"study on the impact of digitalization on employment,studies on"human-computer"interaction in employment in the context of digitalization,studies on the impact of digitalization on employment health,and interdisciplinary studies on the intersection of digitalization in the field of employment.
