核心素养视域下的高校生涯教育

摘要 近年来核心素养的概念逐步被认可,在此视域下高校生涯教育应该秉持政治性与整体性、多样性与持续性相结合的基本原则,确立培养自主意识、培育人文与科学素养、提升社会参与度为主要方向,致力于促进学生主动学习与健康生活能力的提高,注重学生人文与科学基础的积淀,以及助推学生社会责任感与创新品质的获得,从而不断增强他们的综合竞争力,做好职业生涯的充分准备,以应对百年不遇之大变局下的种种挑战。 In recent years, the concept of core literacy has been gradually recognized. Career education in colleges and universities should adhere to the basic principles of combining politics and integrity, diversity and sustainability, and establish the main directions of cultivating self-awareness, cultivating humanistic and scientific literacy, and enhancing social participation, which are committed to promote students’ active learning and healthy living ability, to pay attention to the accumulation of students’ humanities and science foundation, and to boost students’ sense of social responsibility and innovation quality, so as to continuously enhance their comprehensive competitiveness and make full preparation for their career for the challenges under the great changes of the world in a hundred years.
