摘要
学校的教育教学活动是在一定师生关系中进行的,良好的师生关系是实现教育目标的重要因素。然而,师生冲突导致双方站在对立的两面,严重影响正常的教育教学秩序。基于国内外关于师生关系的认识发展与不同视角下具体师生关系的认识与建构,结合当下我国高校教育教学实践,研究发现由于师生关系的疏离和具体的教育教学环节,高校师生产生师生冲突,由此,应当通过制度和文化改革扭转学生行为并从准入、考评和专业发展方面提升教师权威两方面进行实践化解。
School education and teaching activities are carried out in a certain teacher-student relationship, and a good teacher-student relationship is an important factor in achieving educational goals. However, the conflict between teachers and students caused the two sides to stand on opposite sides, which seriously affected the normal order of education and teaching. Based on the development of domestic and foreign understanding of teacher-student relationship and the understanding and construction of specific teacher-student relationship from different perspectives, combined with the current education and teaching practice of our country’s colleges and universities, the study found that due to the alienation of teacher-student relationship and specific education and teaching links, college teachers and students broke out teacherstudent conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to reverse the students’ educational concepts through institutional and cultural reforms and to improve teachers’ authority in terms of admission, assessment and professional development.
