摘要
本研究以民生服务热线为研究语料,采用会话分析的方法研究主持人和听众会话中的他人启动修正策略。研究发现,主持人主要采用理解检查、WH-疑问句、重复阻碍源、否定词、修正要求祈使句、概念澄清6种发起策略,而听众则主要使用否定词发起修正。本研究将从认知状态和认知地位角度对这些策略进行分析与解释。
This study takes People’s Livelihood Service Hotline as the research corpus, and adopts the method of conversation analysis to investigate the other initiate strategies of the host and audiences. The results show that the host mainly employs the initiating strategies of understanding check, WH-question, repeat of the trouble source, negative word, imperative clause and concept clarification, while audiences maily use negative words to initiate repair. This study analyzes and explains these strategies from the perspectives of epistemic status and epistemic stance.
