基于修正后钻石模型的长三角海洋产业比较研究

Comparative Study of Changjiang River Delta Marine Industry Based on a Revised Diamond Model

长三角地区是我国经济发展的排头兵,同样在海洋产业的发展方面也应起着带头示范的作用。本文通过修改波特"钻石模型"中的两个主要因素和两个次要因素,搭建出一个符合我国海洋产业发展实情的修正后"钻石模型",然后对比分析了长三角地区海洋产业的竞争力。研究发现浙江在海洋自然资源上拥有资源禀赋优势,江苏则强在自身整体经济实力,上海坐拥大量金融资本且海洋第三产业的占比更高,并提出一些海洋产业发展的政策建议。

The Changjiang River Delta region is the vanguard of China′s economic development.It should also play a leading role in the development of the marine industry.In this paper,by modifying two major and two minor factors in the Porter′s"Diamond Model",a revised"Diamond Model"that conforms to the development of China′s marine industry is developed,and then a comparative analysis of the competitiveness marine industry in the Changjiang River Delta region is made.The study found that Zhejiang has a natural resource advantage in marine natural resources,and Jiangsu has a strong overall economic strength.Shanghai holds a large amount of financial capital and a reasonable marine industry structure.And this paper proposes some policy recommendations for the development of the marine industry.
