Risk assessment of urban buildings based on InSAR technology

摘要 针对城市建筑安全问题的现状,该文以杭州市西湖区为试验区,以2016—2019年42期3 m分辨率的COSMO-SkyMed卫星影像为数据源,利用PSP-InSAR技术开展城市建筑物的形变监测,获取试验区的地表形变信息。结合InSAR形变监测结果和城市建筑矢量数据,开展大范围建筑物的安全风险监测及评估。评估结果表明:该研究区共有建筑5878栋,其中D级建筑134栋,多个小区建筑存在明显安全隐患。利用PSP-InSAR技术进行建筑形变监测及风险评估,能够大面积、快速了解城市中建筑物的安全状态,为相关部门进行建筑安全管理和建筑安全的外业核查提供技术支持和依据,可为InSAR技术服务城市安全建设起到良好示范作用,具有重要的应用推广价值和广阔的应用前景。 Aiming at the problem of urban building safety,the paper was based on persistent scatterer pair-interferometric synthetic aperture radar(PSP-InSAR)technology to obtain deformation information of buildings in Xihu district of Hangzhou with 42 COSMO-SkyMed satellite images collected during 2016-2019.The paper assessed the safety risks of large-scale buildings combined with interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)deformation monitoring results and urban building vector data.The results showed that there were 134 D-class buildings in the study area and several residential buildings had obvious safety hazards.The technology can understand quickly the safety of the buildings in large area,provide technical support for relevant departments to carry out building safety management and building safety field verification.It plays a good demonstration role for InSAR technology to serve urban security construction.It has important application value and broad application prospect.
