摘要
本文总结了近几年国内外研究人员在光催化生产H_(2)O_(2)方面取得的成果及研究进展,介绍了光催化生成H_(2)O_(2)的基本原理,通过构建异质结、元素掺杂、负载贵金属、引入缺陷活性位点等改性方法得到生产H_(2)O_(2)的光催化剂,探究了其如何影响光催化生产H_(2)O_(2)的效率。分析表明,通过元素掺杂调整光催化剂的带隙改变其能级位置、在"结"结构间形成内建电场、负载贵金属促使光生电子转移,引入空位缺陷充当反应活化位点等均可以促进电子与空穴的分离,从而提高光催化产H_(2)O_(2)的效率。
This paper summarizes the achievements and research progress of domestic and foreign researchers in photocatalytic production of H_(2)O_(2)in recent years,introduces the basic principle of photocatalytic production of H_(2)O_(2),obtains the photocatalyst for production of H_(2)O_(2)by constructing heterojunction,element doping,loading precious metal,introducing defect active sites and other modification methods,and explores how it affects the efficiency of photocatalytic production of H_(2)O_(2).The results show that adjusting the band gap of the photocatalyst by element doping,changing the position of its energy level,forming the built-in electric field between the"junction"structures,loading noble metals to promote the photogenerated electron transfer,and introducing vacancy defects as the reaction activation sites can promote the separation of electrons and holes,thus improving the efficiency of photocatalytic production of H_(2)O_(2).
