环十二碳三烯合成环十二酮和其上游产品研究进展

Research Progress of Cyclododecanone and Its Upstream Products Synthesized by Cyclododecatriene

The process route of synthesizing cyclododecanone and its upstream products from cyclododecatriene were introduced.The upstream products mainly include epoxy-cyclododecadiene,cyclododecene,cyclododecanol,cyclododecane and epoxycyclododecane,involving epoxidation,hydrogenation.The latest progress in the research of cyclododecanone and its upstream products in recent years were described.According to different process routes,the catalysts and catalytic systems in the reaction process were emphatically described.Based on the existing research,it was considered that the reasonable selection of synthetic route and the continuous improvement of catalytic system are the key to the breakthrough of this process.
