摘要
为了研究山区高速沥青路面温拌技术冬季施工适用性,依托某山区高速沥青路面冬季施工项目,对Sasobit温拌沥青及沥青混合料进行系统分析,并研究红外热像仪和无核密度仪对温度离析评价的适用性。结果显示:在降低作业温度20℃条件下,温拌沥青混合料各项技术指标正常;为减小温度离析,可采用红外热成像仪与PQI进行摊铺、碾压温度离析实时监测,并实时调整作业参数及施工工艺。结果表明温拌技术在山区高速公路冬季施工具有较好的适用性,可有效保证沥青路面施工质量并具有良好的经济效益。
In order to study the applicability of warm mix technology in winter construction of highway asphalt pavement in mountainous area,relying on a winter construction project of highway asphalt pavement in mountainous area,the Sasobit warm mix asphalt and asphalt mixtures were systematically analyzed,and the applicability of infrared thermal imager and non nuclear densitometer to temperature segregation evaluation was also studied.The experimental results show that the technical indexes of warm mix asphalt mixture are normal when the working temperature is reduced by 20℃.In order to reduce the temperature segregation,infrared thermal imager and PQI can be used for real-time monitoring of paving and rolling temperature segregation,and real-time adjustment of working parameters and construction technology.It is shown that warm mixing technology has good applicability in winter construction of mountainous expressway,which can effectively ensure the construction quality of asphalt pavement and has good economic benefits.
