摘要
以466名高校教师作为调查研究对象,通过问卷调查法探讨当前高校教师的压力源、压力感知情况及不同压力与教师教学创新行为的关系,以期为激发高校教师的教学创新行为、提升高校教学质量提供参考。
Taking 466 college teachers as the research objects,this paper discusses the current pressure sources,pressure perception of college teachers and the relationship between different pressures and teachers'teaching innovation behavior through questionnaire survey,in order to provide reference for inspiring the teaching innovation behavior of college teachers and improving the teaching quality of college.
