“一带一路”倡议是为了更好地促进世界各国发展而提出的宏观战略构想,体现了中国深入扩大对外开放的宗旨和理念。中国“一带一路”倡议的提出,给沿线国家提供了新的思路、新的模式、新的平台、新的机遇。这种崭新的、不同于以往的战略合作模式,不仅给沿线发展中国家提供了开放搞活的广阔空间和可操作性很强的实施路径,而且将会推动全球经济治理结构的深刻变革。人类命运共同体理念,将发挥重要的思想整合的作用。中华民族优秀传统文化中具有现代意义的思想元素和文化基因,在人类命运共同体的理念中也得以传承、弘扬。人类命运共同体理念,是马克思主义在当代新发展的生动体现,也是马克思主义中国化、时代化的思想成果。“一带一路”倡议,是逐步实现人类命运共同体追求的重要的、现实的、有效的途径。“一带一路”的五大原则,是实践的指导;人类命运共同体的理念,是思想的引领。“一带一路”建设,将从纷纭繁杂的现实中探索出、开辟出通向人类命运共同体美好愿景的道路。“一带一路”倡议与“人类命运共同体”理念是高度契合、密切联系的。
