珠海市香洲区文化产业发展的路径与对策

Path and Countermeasures of Cultural Industry Development in Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai City

珠海市香洲区较早就意识到发展文化产业的重要性,对广东省有关支持文化产业发展的政策与改革要求落实得较好,拥有一批上规模、业内有影响的文化企业,但香洲区文化产业的发展存在如下几方面的问题:产业竞争力偏弱,整体实力不强,产业链不完整,发展速度较慢;文化产业园区的建设模式和运作方式有待提升;文化产业的特色不突出,历史人文资源没有得到深层次发掘和有效整合。建议香洲区尽快编制区文化产业发展总体规划,推动产业聚集;以文化创意和数字技术融合为引领,建设粤港澳大湾区有影响力的数字内容产业基地;携手澳门建设中华文化对外交流与出口基地,加强与湾区内其他城市的产业合作,进行协调发展、错位发展;整合文创园区资源,推动文化创意细分产业更快发展;活化利用香洲优秀传统文化,以有效措施促进文化旅游融合发展;强化产业规划与政策制度保障,加大文化领域各类人才引进与培养力度。

Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai has realized the importance of developing cultural industry earlier,and has carried out the policy and reform requirements of supporting the development of cultural industry in Guangdong Province well,and has a number of cultural enterprises with upper scale and influence in the industry.However,the development of cultural industry in Xiangzhou District has the following problems:weak industrial competitiveness,weak overall strength,incomplete industrial chain and slow development;the construction mode and operation mode of cultural industrial park need to be improved;the characteristics of cultural industry are not prominent,historical and humanistic resources have not been deeply explored and effectively integrated.It is suggested that Xiangzhou District should draw up the overall plan for the development of cultural industry as soon as possible to promote industrial agglomeration;build an influential digital content industry base in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,guided by the integration of cultural creativity and digital technology;work hand in hand with Macao to build a Chinese cultural exchange and export base,strengthen industrial cooperation with other cities in the Bay area,and carry out coordinated development and dislocation development;integrate the resources of Wenchuang Park to promote the rapid development of cultural and creative subdivision industries;activate and utilize Xiangzhou's excellent traditional culture to promote the integration of cultural tourism with effective measures;improve industrial planning and policy system protection,and increase the introduction and training of all kinds of talents in the cultural field.
