进入互联网时代后,金融业发展仍面临信息不对称、交易成本高、金融监管难等痛点。区块链作为一种分布式数据库新技术,其技术特征有助于社会信任机制的重塑,进而促进上述问题的解决。本文分析了互联网时代金融业发展的痛点、区块链技术特征与社会信任机制的重塑、区块链技术集成应用对金融业的潜在影响等问题,在此基础上提出了构建助力区块链和金融业融合发展的体制机制、引导规范与区块链技术相关的新型金融业态发展、超前构建适应金融科技发展趋势的新型监管体系等对策建议。

After entering the Internet era’the development of the financial industry is still facing the dilemma of information asymmetry’high transaction cost and hard financial supervision.As a new technology of distributed database’the technical characteristics of blockchain contribute to reshape the social trust mechanism’and then promote the solution of the above problems.This paper analyzes the pain points of the development of the financial industry in the Internet Era’the relationship between the characteristics of blockchain technology and the remodeling of social trust mechanism’and the potential impact of the integrated application of blockchain technology on the financial industry.On this basis’it proposes to build a system and mechanism to help the integrated development of blockchain and the financial industry’guide and standardize the development of new financial formats related to blockchain technology’and build a new regulatory system to adapt to the development trend of financial technology in advance.
