放松运动联合音乐疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者心理症状及康复的影响

Effect of relaxation exercise combined with music therapy on psychological symptoms and rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨放松运动联合音乐疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者心理症状及康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月九江市第五人民医院收治的100例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象。按照随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规药物干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用放松运动和音乐疗法干预,比较两组干预前后简明精神病量表(BPRS)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及阴性症状量表(SANS)的评分。结果干预前,两组简明BPRS、IPROS及SANS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组BPRS评分、IPROS评分及SANS评分均低于本组干预前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放松运动和音乐疗法可作为慢性精神分裂症患者的辅助疗法,可有效改善精神分裂症患者的心理症状和康复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of relaxation exercise combined with music therapy on the psychological symptoms and rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Jiujiang Fifth People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drug intervention,and the observation group was treated with relaxation exercise and music therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS)and scale for the assessment of negative symptoms(SANS)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the BPRS,the IPROS and the SANS between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the BPRS score,IPROS score and SANS score of two groups were lower than those of before the intervention,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation exercises and music therapy can be used as auxiliary therapies for patients with chronic schizophrenia,which can effectively improve the psychological symptoms and rehabilitation effects of patients with schizophrenia.
