多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的效果

Effect of Donepezil combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsule in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke

目的分析多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年12月赣州市立医院神经内科收治的160例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机单双数法分为分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,观察组采用多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的智力状况、认知能力、生活质量、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗后的认知功能评分和智力状况评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为卒中后认知障碍患者进行多奈哌齐联合胞磷胆碱钠胶囊治疗时可有效提升患者生活能力,改善神经功能状况,有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Donepezil combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsule in the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods A total of 160 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke admitted to the Department of Neurology of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random odd and even number method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Donepezil,while the observation group was treated with Donepezil combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsule.The intelligence,cognitive ability,health status,quality of life and total adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The cognitive function score and intelligence status score of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse total reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Donepezil combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsule can effectively improve the living ability and neurological function of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.
