利培酮合并西酞普兰方案治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床效果

Clinical effect of Risperidone combined with Citalopram regimen in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮合并西酞普兰方案治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年12月内蒙古自治区精神卫生中心临床三科的80例精神分裂症阴性症状患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为利培酮治疗组(40例)和联合治疗组(40例)。利培酮治疗组患者采用利培酮治疗,联合治疗组患者采用西酞普兰合并利培酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、药物起效时间、住院时间;比较两组患者治疗前后的阳性症状积分、阴性症状积分、一般精神积分、阳性与阴性症状量表总分;比较两组患者的药物副作用总发生率。结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率高于利培酮治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的阳性症状积分、阴性症状积分、一般精神积分、阳性与阴性症状量表总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组的阳性症状积分、阴性症状积分、一般精神积分、阳性与阴性症状量表总分低于利培酮治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的药物起效时间、住院时间短于利培酮治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的药物副作用总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症阴性症状患者实施西酞普兰合并利培酮治疗的效果确切,可有效改善患者的阴性症状,且联合用药之后药物起效时间更短,安全性更高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Risperidone combined with Citalopram regimen in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia from the Third Department of Clinical Medicine in Mental Health Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into Risperidone treatment group(40 cases)and combined treatment group(40 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the Risperidone treatment group were treated with Risperidone,and patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Citalopram combined with Risperidone.The total effective rate,drug onset time and length of stay were compared between the two groups;positive symptom score,negative symptom score,general mental score,total score of positive and negative symptom scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups;the total incidence of side effect of drugs was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the Risperidone treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the positive symptom score,negative symptom score,general mental score,the total score of the positive and negative symptom scales between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the positive symptom score,negative symptom score,general mental score,the total score of positive and negative symptom scales in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the Risperidone treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug onset time and length of stay in the combined treatment group were shorter than those in the Risperidone treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of side effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Citalopram combined with Risperidone is effective in the patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia,which can effectively improve the patients′negative symptoms,and the onset time is shorter for combined medication,with higher safety.
