中药制剂“肺炎一号合剂”联合抗生素治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation"Pneumonia No.1 Mixture"combined with antibiotics on children′s community acquired pneumonia

目的探讨中药制剂“肺炎一号合剂”联合抗生素治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年3月河池市第一人民医院收治的180例儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各90例。对照组患儿给予头孢噻肟辅以氨溴索化痰止咳西药治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联用中药制剂“肺炎一号合剂”。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、临床指标与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的住院时间、肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良反应总发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上联用“肺炎一号合剂”治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎,不仅能有效提高临床疗效、加快患者康复,还能降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparation"Pneumonia No.1 Mixture"combined with antibiotics on children′s community acquired pneumonia.Methods From October 2019 to March 2021,a total of 180 cases of children with community acquired pneumonia admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Hechi City were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given Cefotaxime supplemented with Ambroxol Western medicine to reduce phlegm and relieve cough,while children in the observation group were combined with traditional Chinese medicine preparation"Pneumonia No.1 Mixture"on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.22%,which was lower than 10.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization,disappearance time of pulmonary rales and cough disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 86.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the combination of"Pneumonia No.1 Mixture"in the treatment of children community acquired pneumonia can not only effectively improve the clinical efficacy,speed up the recovery of patients,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
