血糖水平与急性有机磷农药中毒小鼠预后的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨不同血糖水平与急性有机磷农药中毒小鼠(AOPP)预后的关系。方法:选择健康成年清洁级BALB/c小鼠50只,随机分为正常对照组(n=10)、敌百虫中毒组(AOPP组,n=20)、治疗组(敌百虫灌胃+长托宁治疗,n=20)。治疗组与AOPP组共同使用等量540 mg·kg^(-1)敌百虫灌胃,待出现有机磷农药中毒症状后,治疗组肌注0.02 mg·kg^(-1)长托宁,AOPP组与正常对照组肌注等量生理盐水;各组小鼠剪尾测血糖;记录AOPP组与治疗组小鼠生存时间。结果:正常对照组一般状态均较好;AOPP组出现流涎、抽搐、精神沉郁等中毒症状;治疗组给予长托宁治疗后流涎、抽搐等中毒症状逐渐消失,精神状态逐渐恢复。AOPP组78.0%小鼠出现血糖升高,血糖值[(10.04±1.08)mmol·L^(-1)]显著高于正常对照组[(6.05±1.58)mmol·L^(-1)]与治疗组[(7.08±1.40)mmol·L^(-1)](P<0.05);22.0%出现血糖降低,血糖值[(5.21±0.48)mmol·L^(-1)]显著低于正常对照组与治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组血糖水平与正常对照组差异无统计学意义。AOPP组在50 min内高血糖小鼠死亡率(83.3%)高于低血糖小鼠(0);治疗组在2 d内高血糖小鼠死亡率(75.0%)高于血糖恢复正常小鼠(25.0%)。AOPP组高血糖小鼠生存时间短于低血糖小鼠,且短于治疗组高血糖小鼠。结论:急性有机磷农药中毒后血糖水平升高的小鼠预后差,生存时间短、死亡率高;检测血糖水平对AOPP病情判断及预后具有重要意义。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between different blood glucose levels and the prognosis of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP).Methods:50 healthy adult clean BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group(n=10),trichlorfon poisoning group(AOPP group,n=20)and treatment group(trichlorfon gavage+changtonin treatment,n=20).The treatment group and AOPP group were given the same amount of 540 mg·kg^(-1)Trichlorfon by gavage.After the symptoms of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning occurred,the treatment group was intramuscularly injected with 0.02 mg·kg^(-1)changtonin,and the AOPP group and normal control group were intramuscularly injected with the same amount of normal saline;Blood glucose was measured by tail cutting of mice in each group;the death and survival time of mice in AOPP group and treatment group were recorded.Results:the general state of the normal control group was better;poisoning symptoms such as salivation,convulsion and depression occurred in AOPP group;in the treatment group,salivation,convulsions and other toxic symptoms gradually disappeared,and the mental state gradually recovered.Changes of blood glucose level:78.0%of AOPP group had increased blood glucose,and the blood glucose value,which was significantly higher than that of normal control group and treatment group(P<0.05);22.0%had decreased blood glucose,and the blood glucose value,which was significantly lower than that of normal control group and treatment group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the treatment group and the normal control group.Mortality:blood glucose increased>blood glucose decreased in AOPP group within 50 days,blood glucose remained high>blood glucose returned to normal in the treatment group within 2 days;survival time:blood glucose increased in AOPP group<blood glucose decreased in AOPP group,blood glucose increased in AOPP group<blood glucose remained high in the treatment group.Conclusion:the prognosis of mice with elevated blood glucose level after acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is poor,the survival time is short and the mortality is high;the detection of blood glucose level is of great significance for the judgment and prognosis of AOPP.
